Fast Wi-Fi available in rooms.

The room I received was not as described. it was on the top floor without lift access and had no windows. The bathroom was unreasonably small and dirty, with body hair on the sheets. I felt scammed as the hotel refused to offer any refund for the terrible condition of the room.

Chur, had a good time here! Staff were heaps friendly, but the lift access was a bit narrow and the shower temperature kept changing. Sweet as breakfast though!

my family and i had a wonderful experience at this hotel, feeling right at home with warm welcomes and delicious Turkish coffee. the deluxe double room with jacuzzi exceeded our expectations, offering both comfort and luxury. the atmosphere was lively, making our romantic stay feel special and memorable.

breakfast ended a bit too early.

the access to the lift was a bit narrow and tough for strollers but the welcoming team served us delicious turkish coffee right away and the breakfast was great with a diverse selection. the location was perfect for exploring the city.
